Sunday, October 8, 2023 - Found this to be a bit monolithic and citrus-forward the first night, but it's a tricky one. By night two it had shifted considerably, with complexity emerging and some mineral/almond/beeswax notes that were subtle but lovely. Got some fleshy peach as well. Give this one some time to appreciate it.
