Friday, September 15, 2023 - What an incredible wine. The nose is typical savagnin with some citrus, hint of spruce. Quite young. It's reallly the mouth that stands out. The Jura acidity is very present but somewhat tamed and well integrated into the fruit side, with apples, pears, citrus. Still lots or energy but just in a great phase right now. Awesome wine. Should improve with time.
