Monday, August 30, 2021 - Intensely stony. Reduced on the nose, but quite serious on the palate with plenty of dry extract, but comes across as a bit austere. When the glass warms up to room temp, some citrus and faint peach emerge. Probably will be good in time but needs a year or two for the edges to soften. 89+
