Tuesday, March 25, 2014 - Pn'P. This was pleasing from the start. Moderate amount of funk from start to finish but it wasn't imbalancing. Aromas and flavors of dark red berries, plum, and musty earth. Body was medium and this did well on its own and with hearty food; sausage platter, chicken liver, antelope sliders (man food!).
