Saturday, September 29, 1990 - At home. Good ruby color. Mild mannered aroma. Blackberry, oak. Strange note in the nose. Different wine on the palate. Diffuse, not balanced. Bitter, woody in the finish. Not very good. Perhaps to be expected in a bad vintage. Later: I have solved the problem; the wine is green, has not fully ripened… 5-6-5-2: 68/100.
