Nearly dry it still had a lot of apricot fruit, and solid mid-palate depth of flavor. The overall body balanced the bright acidity, and the finish was very long and clean. I would say it was hard to believe that a $13 bottle of Riesling would be so tasty after 22 years, but I have seen it happen so many times that I have come to expect it!
