Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - Great way to start out our tour and tasting at Crocker & Starr in St. Helena. Thank you Luisa for being a tremendous host and thank you Cyrus for accomondating us. First up is the 2017 Blanc de Noirs (25th year anniversary bottling). Light and tight bubbles, clean, clear with a light greenish yellow hue. Crisp and clean throughout the nose and palate with green apples and a hint of straw. Well balanced with moderate acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Medium plus length finish. Drink till 2025.

Made up of 96% Pinot Noir and 4% Chardonnay.
