Sunday, March 31, 2024 - PnP chilled. Stunning, exceptional stuff. Lighter bodied style with just a touch of lees and toast. Clean, bright, fruit. Bubble stream was fine and light but exploded in the mouth. Long finish. You could drink the all day.
Wonderful Champagne. Don/Julie's bottle.
