Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - Medium body, medium garnet color with a bit of bricking. On the nose there is a mix of mushroom, earth, a touch of outhouse; bright raspberry and strawberry fruit on the palate, with a rocky underpinning to it all, lending a moderately grippy tannic backbone on the finish. A unicorn wine, but I’m not sure it quite lives up to the rarity factor.
