Sunday, September 16, 2012 - feels like an awkward phase, nose was reserved, palate showed lots of material, crisp acidity, cherry / sour cherry with some medicinal notes, a little tart / bitter and some oak showing... hope this is just a sleepy phase, will wait several years on my second and last bottle
