Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - A bright and intensely lemon focused juice. Large amounts of green and underdeveloped apple fruit and unripened kiwi fruit. The wine is built with acidity and the tannins are right there next. I imagine it is going to improve but right now this is HOT AND QUITE ACIDIC DRIVEN.
