Wednesday, July 19, 2023 - Like many red Burgundies from 2019, this Hauts Jarrons is remarkably accessible. This is mostly because the tannins are so smooth that they are almost imperceptible. The red fruit is crunchy and delicious. It's also ripe but again, the acidity keeps everything balanced. Mostly, it's delicious and a real pleasure to drink.
