Friday, February 1, 2019 - Mature bouquet with red and dark berries like ripe blackberries, chocolate, rose hips and some slight impressions of soy. On the palate chocolate, sweet licorice, some earth, good acidity and round tannin. Definitely at its peak or a bit past it. Still a delicious wine, but drink up.
