Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Popped and poured at cellar temp. Deep purple color. Nice nose of menthol, chocolate and dark black raspberry fruit. Good balance of sweet blackberry fruit, fine tannins and nice spicy acidity on the finish. Went very well with grilled steak tips. Still on the youngish side, should improve for the next 3-5 years.
