Monday, November 6, 2023 - Pop and pour over 3 hours. Quite easy to drink, fruit forward but much lighter than any Napa Cabernet I’ve had recently. Barely detectable tannins or acidity until around the 2 hour mark. Enjoyable, but not impressed, as I expected more body and depth.
