Thursday, March 21, 2024 - Slightly waterlogged cork. The bubbles were muted in the glass but super bubbly in the mouth. Very exciting. Dry with lots of yeast. I think this is about a high quality qpr as you will find in sparklers. Excellent recco from Austin wine merchant.
