Sunday, February 2, 2020 - Opened yesterday. Right from the get go this was a pleasant surprise. Big and ripe but restrained nicely. Has structure to go with its huge flavor profile. Plums and black fruits in both nose and mouth. This was open last night and tasted great then. Tastes just as good today, with no sign of decline after sitting open on the counter overnight. Good wine to start off the Super Bowl with. I’ve never heard of this winery, but seems like it’s one to keep an eye on. Lovely. 4-13-17-8: 92/100.
