Friday, May 18, 2007 - Probably past its prime. The nose screams Lytton Springs but the fruit is fading and a raisiney quality is coming to the fore. (Was stored in professional wine storage, though in Florida, so who knows whether this bottle has seen some rough treatment?)
Update: somewhat surprisingly, it starts to taste more youthful with air. We have one more bottle, and I'll be letting it gently breath for several hourse before drinking.
