Wednesday, July 28, 2004 - Wow! This is the first 2001 Ridge PR I have tasted...and I am quite impressed. I think this stands up favorably with it's more respected siblings: Lytton Springs & Geyserville. Fantastic nose of black fruit. "Draper Spice" is more pronounced than in the sibling wines. Very well balanced, and a terrific Zin overall!
