Monday, July 17, 2023 - Bottle a praiseworthy 1143g. Moderately intense aromas of tart red fruit, fresh like Cab Franc or whole-cluster Syrah (it's Braucol aka Fer Servadou). Dry, with moderate fresh acidity, low to moderate grippy tannins, medium-bodied, 12.5% abv. Riper, darker fruit on the palate, with a sense of richness despite the lower alcohol, but fresh at the same time. Not especially long or complex, but pleasing.
