Saturday, April 10, 2021 - At 21 years of age this wine is showing no signs of decline yet I would rate it as fully mature. A quite lovely Napa Valley Cabernet. Medium to full body, perfectly balanced, delicate nose which opens up as the wine breaths, medium to long finish. Nice accompaniment to a Medium Rare Filet. Drink now or hold for another 3-5 years. Will benefit from a 60 Minute decant. Mind you, my bottle had perfect storage, take that into account if you still have some bottles.
