Friday, April 19, 2024 - Popped the cork on this one too early. Youthful and tannic, this offers rose petals and lavender in the nose and black fruits on the palate. A scratchy finish right now. Give her a long decant. But, better yet, stash her away in the back of the cellar for the next decade. She’ll come together. Drink 2028 to 2035. Worth Seeking Out.
