Friday, February 24, 2023 - 50% Xarello, 25% Macabeu, 25% Parellada co-fermented primarily in stainless steel. Disgorged 12/2021. Needs 30 minutes to open up, then strong notes of limestone and chalk — basically very minerally — with some lemon and maybe Meyer lemon and other citrus flavors. Amazing complexity for $22 or so. Wonderful wine.
