N: very fresh character, medium (+) intensity, lemon, lime, steel, wet stone,
P: high acidity but so well integrated. This is a Riesling-lover's Riesling. Lemon juice, a slight suggestion of fresh herbs, biting green apple. Still has a core of ripe fruit, but it's subtle and supporting rather than dominant. Long, crisp finish with sherbety zingy structure. Definite minerality here, shown in an oyster-like saline taste joining the citrus.

Fresh, complex, stimulating. Superb.

Quartzite slate with red slate. 5-35 degree slopes. 280m a.s.l. Bare, rocky, poor soils.
