Thursday, November 11, 2021 - Armistice Day Burgundy Cellar Visits - Lafarge, Boris Champy, and Henri Magnien (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Bright red cherry comes across as both ripe (start) and tart (finish) flavors, resulting in an intriguing character supplemented by dancing textures. This will need some time to fully soften and harmonize, very good potential 2028-245 or so.
