Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - very pale pink and copper. moderate mousse, mix of fine and medium bead. nose of sweet bread and red berries. palate light and with a medium grade acidity. flavors of cherry, orange zest, and lime. a bit of sweetness present. medium length tangy, dry finish. shows more of the acidity after the fact. as with other lasalle champagne i've had it's classic, easy drinking, entirely pleasurable, and not too fussy.
