90 Points

Monday, June 5, 2017 - It has so many fine powdery sediments that the wine looks cloudy out of bottle. But once the sediments settle, it reveals clear light brick red colour.

Once it is out of bottle, it has intriguing calvados flavours (tart, apple-ish flavours). After two hours of aeration, nice floral, woody, leather, earth, dried spice and black fruit flavours slowly emerge. Although it has a calvados-like alcoholic kick, it's gentle and measured. But it is not particularly complex and finish is medium (+) at most.

Considering the fact that I bought it for about US$55, it offers a highly interesting drinking experience. But it's not a particularly fine wine.
