Friday, August 10, 2012 - A reward after a brutal two weeks of work. Surprised by how alive this was out of a .375. More brown than red, but still showing nice fruit, with sweet cherries and cassis on the palate. Pipe tobacco, mushrooms, dust and leather on the nose. Held up well 2 hours into the large glass.
