Sunday, March 3, 2024 - murky light magenta color. nose strongly natural with some corn chips over crushed berries and herb. bright tart acidity and a light to medium body. a touch of effervescence is there in fact. muddled raspberry flavor. some savory salted components and a dash of cream. sage like herbs emerge along the back of the tongue. refreshing finish like a vinegar shrub. another nice bottle of ganevat.
