Saturday, May 27, 2023 - This is a beautiful telltale Cabernet with layers of beautiful cassis, sweet cocoa, oak, smoke, licorice and graphite. Rich and kind of fresh, the wine has an excellent balance between ripe fruit, secondary nuances, ripe yet grippy tannins and refreshening acidity. It will however get better with time. Would be nice to see it evolve over the next 10-20 years.
