Wednesday, March 2, 2016 - Deep yellow. Orange and yellow apple more than perfumed brothiness, but the latter gradually catches up to the former so one does not confuse this with Mâcon. Glossy, full entry for Chablis, better soil and limestone underpinning through the mid-palate, but low acidity and atypically broad. In very good shape at age 10 and very good overall, but it can't completely overcome the softness of the vintage and doesn't thrill with any sense of "Chablisness".
