Monday, December 11, 2017 - Deep yellow. Suprisingly mature, running with notes of orange marmalade, salty ocean and cheese. Creamy texture, soft around the edges. Deep, ripe fruit. This is ready now it seems. Will check in tomorrow to see if this firms up as Dauvissat's wines usually does.
