Monday, February 17, 2020 - Needs a bit of air to breathe (1h), not showing a lot after opening, step by step the wine is getting dense, unctuous, with some lemon, ripe apple, more in a style of a warm vintage wine of Chassagne, well made for a vintage which is for me the worst in Chablis of the last 15 years.
