Minerality overtone that carries into the mouth and provides the shape for the flavors which are amazing - bright overripe raspberry, vivid acidity, long finish. Wonderfully flavorful. Bought some originally through Vinopolis, have drank through it and now seeking more. It’s just that good. Not something that makes you think deep thoughts - it’s more of a “damn that’s great” sort of wine. Crazy.
