Friday, May 6, 2022 - At Ayla restaurant. The nose was not really expressive even as it warmed up: some peach, citrus and dried herbs. The palate is rather flat. It's lacking acidity which makes this rather monotone. It did work with some spicy calamari as it helped tone down the spiciness of the dish but I found this boring and would not buy it again.
