Saturday, April 24, 2010 - Very rich fragrance of citrus and something chemical. On the palate, it had a soft texture, with flavors of grapefruit, green apple and a touch of pear. Very dry finish. Paired nicely with a tofu, asparagus, and tomato pasta salad. A good effort for the price.
