Sunday, January 26, 2014 - Tasting on day two; a point or two off of last night, but still lovely. At peak, this is awesome white burg -- vanilla, stones, quince, and canned peaches. If peaches were canned in the happy tears of angels. The walnut note that silton called out is spot-on and delicious -- not heavy or oxidized whatsoever. Great balance. Long light finish. SRP at $85 is a little rich, but very happy having paid ~half of that.
