Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Had this shipped to me during a hot month and the capsule broke and the cork was about 1/4 out. Ugh. Decided to cellar it and forget about it. Six months later I popped it open on a whim and it was gorgeous from the outset. No bricking at all. Youthful and berry-forward on the nose and palate. A cool, pleasing acidity with some truffle and cocoa powder notes. Not overly complex but silky, lively, and fun.
