Thursday, September 5, 2013 - Hart Davis Hart BYOB Dinner (Hinterland Gastropub, Milwaukee, WI): Similar to the previous bottle, very appealing tobacco, earth, and red fruit. Still very lively, this was fine drinking and would have been classic if it weren't for the massive and lingering tannins that really called for a solid food pairing.
