Sunday, January 3, 2021 - decanted 45 minutes; subtle sandalwood nose, with sage and other herbal notes; dark ruby red with just a touch of bricking under intense bright lights; tart red cherry flavors mixing with more herbal notes, there is still a lot of fruit in this wine, just not juicy/fresh fruity kind; the tannin's are soft but very integrated with the palate and leads to a smooth finish.
This is something only time can make. Amazing.
