Wednesday, November 4, 2009 - Very enjoyable bottle from a producer I was not familiar with. Not quite sure what the blend was but the Sangiovese shone through. Lovely dusty black fruits with plums and violet hints and a fair degree of spice. Tannins were velvety and very integrated. A pleasant surprise.
