Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Resto le sérac at saint Gervais. Perfectly pairing with the foie gras. Gold color. Beautiful nose, roasted pineapple, Grand Marnier like, sweet red apple, white pepper, minerality. Med acidity, med flavor intensity, med body, med alcohol, med finish. Sweet pineapple, green apples with a nice acidity at the end, cream and white pepper, beautiful lingering salinity. Gorgeous.
