Tuesday, November 2, 2021 - Drank over two days, with not a lot of change from day one to day two.
I generally agree with Gabird's notes. Nice acidity and green apple, with some faint citrus notes. Not a lot of depth or secondary notes, but a nice sparkler in any event. With some additional bottle age, this should continue to develop into another fine Schramsberg. Definitely one of the better single vineyard offerings from Schramsberg.
