Monday, August 7, 2023 - Rich and concentrated on the nose – black raspberries, perhaps leaning a bit too jammy, plenty of cedar, the whole thing practically jumps out o fthe glass. On the palate, the jamminess is thankfully absent, and the glass is overloaded with berries, strong tannins, and a long, smoky finish. Quite nice on is own, and I imagine even better with a slab of ribeye.
