Friday, October 27, 2023 - Golden colour. Honeysuckle, daisies and suggestion of yellow fruit on the nose. Silky mouthfeel and quite bright acidity with some natural sweetness whilst remaining dry. Really well balanced and frankly delicious. N.B. did not detect any oak.
