Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - I drank this a lot younger than I typically open bottles, but was very intrigued and thought I'd open one since I have 6. I really enjoyed this wine - gave 1/2 a bottle about an hour of air before starting and it kept evolving in the glass. Pomegranate notes jumped out at me immediately but also floral notes and a hint of bacon fat. Planning to finish the second 1/2 tonight to see how it changes.
