Sunday, June 7, 2020 - Great nose. Still in its youth. Dark garnet. Red currant, blackberry, and licorice. Still tannic on the palate, and still evolving. Classic 2005 vintage Pauillac. Enjoyed with Smoked Tri-Tip. Early maturity to drink with decant.
