Thursday, December 21, 2023 - Had this with bbq ribs, it's open for business, a little kirsch liquor, red and black cherry, minimal candied effect, some English breakfast tea leaf in the background. Silky texture with minimal tannin and what's there is polished. 19s were a little more red fruited and structured. I like to drink Beaujolais within a year or two of release. No tertiary notes please
