Saturday, February 4, 2023 - Glad there are Paso wineries making restrained wines. This wine is balanced with the Grenache serving as the star of this wine. Red fruit on the nose and on the palate. Some acid on the finish. This wine could benefit from a few years in the cellar, but it is lovely now. A bit pricey, but a nice wine.
