Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Light lemon in color with a clear bright and very high transparence. Bruised orchard fruit very evident on the nose with peaches dominating a baked sugar cookie aroma. This enter the profile with sweet pure fruit, slightly tropical with balanced supporting acidity. A long clean finish but no noticeable textural elements. Delicious and fun.
